Dell — validity-e voucher

I have purchased a Dell laptop on 15/10/14. With an offer that when I pay Rs.1499/- they will give me extra two year warranty and Rs.3000/- worth E-voucher. So I paid Rs. 1499/- on 20/10/14 and got a two year warranty and E-voucher with four company options. My order id is [protected]. One week before I tried to utilize the e-voucher (Jabong) but it shows that the card was expired and I am not aware of it. Actually the e-voucher has four months validity from 20/10/14. And I was totally disappointed with expiry date. Kindly activate the validation code and pin. Kindly do the needful
