[Resolved] Dell — worst service 5521 | |||
i have purchased Dell Inspiron 5521 laptop in june 2013 and after only 1 month it stopped working so they changed laptop hard disk after sometime it again got failed and than they changed mother board, LCD Screen and after that they changed my dvd drive. every month i faced small or big problem but now again my screen not working, system getting excessive heat, it automatically getting shutdown. and when i complain the same to dell supervisor for taking some permanent solution they allege me for the problems and not providing any concrete measure...worst service DELL Was this information helpful? | |||
