Dell — wrong battery delivered with inspiron laptop

I Kanakaiah Bharatha ordered Dell Inspiron laptop on 29/04/2014, order #[protected] and Invoice #[protected]. I have received the product on 2/05/2014. In the order the battery is 6 cell 65 Whr shown and confirmed before place the order with dell sales team. But I received 40Whr with the laptop. The battery in the laptop is a 4 cell battery, this battery has better backup and the consumption is less compared to 6 cell battery. After above communication once dell sales executive responded and assured he will resolve the issue. From then no reply to mails and phone calls (i.e .not attending calls). Please resolve the issue.
