Den Boomband — Not Refunding My Money | |||||
ME 18224720 : I have installed broadband connection from Den Boomband around 15 March: it was 100GB per month and speed is 20 Mbps. I paid for 3 months in advance around RS 5600. When they fixed and I checked the speed it was only 8 Mbps. I complainted them. But they did not rectified. I waited another day and complaints again. They did nothing, then I asked to remove this connection. They took very fast action and removed my connection. But till then they have not refunded my money, I send many mail, yesterday they have responded to my mail and told me that they can't refund because this is prepaid connection.
