Den Networks — Den boom band wireless wifi not working properly last 2 months

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We have Den boom band wifi connection user ID is SO-109092 and last two months we are facing lots of problem like no network and all kindly suggest me the process of discontinue. we are not happy with the same and we have already called in customer care center but there is no response to any complaint.
