Dena Bank — Deny to renew atm card | |||||
My mother having pension account in dena bank (jaipur m i road branch), and today she visited branch for re-new her atm card but some lady officer refused to renew it because my mother is not educated but she is able to signed her own. if there is such rue how atm issued first time. therefore please look into the matter and provide me further information regarding this. Dear sir.
on 10 Sep 2016, i use my Dena bank Visa card for online transaction.and it failed but money (606 rs) deducted from my account..according to customer care that money already refunded into my account but I still did not get this.plz help
