Respected Sir/ Madam,

I self Sandeep Kumar S/o Sh. Roshan Lal and belong from Village Rakhi Khas, Tehsil Narnound, Distt.-Hisar (Haryana) 125039. My father Sh. Roshan Lal has completed 60 yrs in March-2016. My father have filled of Old Age pension form two time, first time in March-2016 after filled the form your department officer said that, my father pension will be start after two or three month. My father first time form had been deposited in Narnound Tehsil. After three month my father go there and asked the department officers, he said the time it will take two months. Maybe your form will reject by concern department. After that my father form filled again in 05th. Sept.-2016 and deposit in concern department Narnound. Department Clerk was given a form deposit serial number and date (1752/05/09/2016 Receipt scan enclosed) for inquiry. But when we find out on the base of receipt number by phone call in Hisar & Punchkula he says that when your form will approved, your name show online in track beneficiary. But till now there are no any record found on your department site about my father pension. So please humble request please help on the same as above.
