I have taken home loan from dhfl in november 2017. At that time my rate of interest is 9.25%. But now after 1 and half year my interest rate is 10.70%. I have taken loan from dhfl of rs. 22 lacs at roi 8.50% in 2018 after that it the rate of interest has been increased from 8.50% p. A. To 9.72% p. A. I. E. 1.22% has been increased. pending pmay-clss home subsidy

Very bad and unprofessional experience it's been more than a year until now didn't get pmay subsidy from dhfl.in between they ask for rental agreement and electricity bill of our previous rented flat which i was submitted through email and also by visiting to the branch. But unfortunately always getting the same answer that the case is in process will go in the next submission lot, i am tired by visiting to the branch and taking follow up...

Very very very poor service provided by dhfl. I took a home loan from dhfl and they harass a lot during sanctioning the loan charging processing fees much more than any other bank and many more hidden things in loan which we come to know after sanctioning the loan.
