Sir, we have obtained for your company home loan, who loan account no is 008712, we have personally visit for your service centre at surendranagar (Gujarat), me request for your company employee to please give my loan account statement and interest bayfarcation for first emi to last emi and me pay rs 300 charge for your company norms and we have meet after one month your service center and me request for give my loan related documents, but here members not any replied for since we have bed feeling for your company, my mony is gone and not given my loan related documents .

I have already visited DHFL branch office multiple times for this matter but there is no response from your side.

than the insurance amount has to be calculated as per the actual loan amount.
Note: there was no information provide about the insurance amount, this thing has to be informed by the concerned authority.

If this issue has not been resolved before 1st December 2017 I will ensure no further EMI to be paid.
