Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — DHFL Home loan is one of the worst provider | |||
DHFL Home loan is one of the worst provider and i have faced many wrong commitment from them. 1. Interest Rate - First they told 9.X5% after sanctioned my loan in next 2 Days they told it is increased to 9.X5% 2. Loan Term - First they will say you have eligibility for 15 or 20 Years then they will say you have eligibility for only 30Years 3. Insurance - They are collectiing more than 2 Lakhs for insurance. 4.Proccessing fees - They will collect processing fees as per the executive mood. but tooo high? I am not complaining the DHFL the way they giving promise to us is totally diffferent when they sactioned our Home Loan, so i didnt take loan from them and i lost my processing fees money !!
