[Resolved]  Dewan Housing Finance Corporation [DHFL] — Wrong demand draft issued and not bearing additional charges of registry

Address:Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, 281001

I got loan from DHFL. At the time of registry they issued wrong Demand Draft and that incorrect DD No. mentioned in my registry papers. Now when I am trying to correction in my registry papers, there are some additional charges of correction in registry office.
This mistake done by DHFL bank, mathura branch by their executive Mr. Avashesh Gupta. Now they are denying to bear additional correction charges and stamp duty. in such case what should I do...?

Hi, Thanks for this reply. As I mentioned, my earlier problem was a human mistake and they apologized for that. As Considering their helping behavior, I am withdrawing my complaint. Mr Avshesh Gupta also helped me to made correction in my papers and now I have no issue with him. Thanks
