DG Shipping Mumbai — Renewal of CDC got rejected (online)

Shipping master, I have applied for online renewal of CDC ( contineous discharge certificate ) on 7 aug 2015 but it got rejected, but till now didnt get a valid reason . I have applied for two times but both the time shipping master rejected . Please renew it .
