Dear sir,
I purchase one product videocon LED 32'' by dhamaalshop.com dated 21/04/2016. I paid amount 6749/- according to company terms because cash on delivery was not available on my pin code. I paid that amount via net banking so I got a email that you will get your order within 5-7 business days. but after so many days when i didn't get confirmation by company. so I sent to mail them but not yet any response came from there. So many days i call but no one picking up call. once call connect so operator says please stay on line we are connecting your call so what to do ? Sir I'm feeling so bad because i think so that company is going to do fraud with me. please help

If you have still not received amount we request you to please visit your nearest branch along with the details which you have received while placing the order and request you to raised the charge back sheet the bank will refund your amount with in a TAT.
