Dear sir, I order one videocon refurbished tv at 21/04/2016 and i paid amonut 6749/- on time but still no response from your side. I'm regularly in touch with company but stil my order is pending according to terms and condition it was fix that you will get your delevry in seven working days but still my order is showing pending.
