DHFL — Branch Manager Sec-18 Noida Sanjeev Thakur & Sales Executive Raj Kumar CHEATED ME

Dear Sanjeev Thakur {Branch Manager Sec 18, Noida sanjeev.[protected]@dhfl.com Request your attention to the following issues {Courtesy : Mr Raj Kumar from DHFLs Sales Team} which are in your knowledge but pending to be closed :- 1. Processing fees was assured to be 5, 000/- + ST and which turned out to be 10, 000/- + ST Mr Raj Kumar assured me that there will be no other amount to be paid by me other than the Processing Fees. In the Loan Account Statement Rs 500/- as Cersai charges has been added ? 2. I had signed a couple of forms which didn’t have a Customer’s copy along with it. Request you to please arrange to give me a copy of all the documents which I signed 3. I had given 14 blank cheque leaves to Mr Raj Kumar. I requested him and you as well to please inform me before depositing any of those cheques as my current bank will not clear any of these cheques without my approval. But 3 of them have been presented till now and whose bouncing charges have also been included in my Loan Account Statement @ Rs 250/- each 4. Mr Raj Kumar also mentioned that now there is a Pre EMI clause as well {Only when he came with the Sanction letter}. I had clearly told you and him as well that I will not be able to pay pre EMI but will pay EMIs as per schedule {starting after 1 month} 5. Most Important : It took more than 60 days for DHFL to process my HFL application and I also did a pre-payment in the meantime. This changed the foreclosure amount. When I told this to you before disbursal, then you told me that I can immediately deposit the excess amount of 1.1 Lac back to DHFL, the moment I get it from my previous HFL Bank. Today DHFL asks me to wait for another 6 months before it can accept this excess amount it had disbursed to me/my previous HFL bank 6. In view of the time it will take to settle the above mentioned open issues, you are requested to pass the necessary instructions to the concerned team to not to levy Late Payment Interest/Charges on me Please help in arranging to resend my Loan Account Statement after having amended it as per above commitment from you and your Sales Rep : Mr Raj Kumar Hoping to hear soon from you on this Thanks and Regards, Maj AP Singh [protected] [protected][protected][protected][protected]
