DHFL — Charged Processing Fee Twice

Hello Sir / Ma'am, This is to bring to your notice that I had applied for a Home Loan with DHFL in Jan'14, for which I received a approval of 28 lakhs, for which I Paid a Sum of Rs.26, 102 and 5600 processing fees, However by the time I had finalized the property the executive informed me that the sanction letter was expired after which the loan request was processed again & I was charged the said fees again, however the fees I had paid earlier was not refunded back, Hence I would request you to please look into the matter and provide the refund of the said amount
