[Resolved]  DHFL — I want to know my paper is safe on not?

I had taken a home loan from dhfl. They continuously increase thier rate of interest without any notice. Now i read all your statement. I get afraid to see this. I m a existing customer of dhfl from2011.but my loan amount is not getting much lower. Now from some day their customer portal isnot working. I called them they told me to mail my loan a/c no. & wait for till the portal not get ok. So, i cant check my statement of a/c. Now I want to know property documents is safe or not? & after clearing my loan how can i get back my papers sooner. plz guys hlp me. I feel afraid.
