I have signed up as a new user to access my DHFL Plot loan, through DHFL webisite on[protected]. but still even after 17 days I, have not received any login details to my mail or to my mobile through conversation from DHFLcustomer care wing.
but DHFL people have mentioned in their website that after filling up the details for registration within 48-60 hrs we will receive login details from their end but still after 408 hrs, I have not received any mail or any response from their side.
Is this the way to response with the customer. In a biggest democratic country in the world like India how can this happen, is there no government agency in India to question DHFL or what is the government doing.
I want to go to online consumer court forum, what is the procedure or forward this letter to the consumer court.
May I know the reason for this delay. As DHFL organisation is not kept their words as they have mentioned in their web-site. And they have wasted my time.
and DHFL people have misguided me in this regard.
