DHFL — Non compliance of home loan rate reduction | |||||
Dear Sir, I m neeraj kumar balyan & I have taken home loan from DHFL vide: application no.1199808 & home loan code no.00000733 dated: from Noida branch.The rate of interest was @9.9% flexible at that time and they stated that rate will vary as per market rate . Now they have reduced the interest rate for new customer and denying to pass the benefit to me, moreover they have issued to me an insurance policy No.[protected]by giving wrong information and endorsing my forge signature on application form.
