Hi Sir, I have applied for home loan from your Ambarnath branch office whereas I had paid 9600 as Franking and Notary Charges + 2890 as Sanction Charges earlier in February I have been told by your sales executive that 6 months it is valid after 6 months you have to pay the charges again if it get expired so I was in no hurry for registration so after 3 months i.e on 3rd of June I have done with the registration and submitted all the documents to the sales executive now they are telling that your sanctioned is expired on 2nd of june and you have to again give us the cheque of 2890 for sanction for 1 day I have to pay 3000 more I don't know why I have to pay the charges again and again even the notary charges was not informed me earlier I paid it my salary account is in Kotak and the Kotak branch officials told me that the sanction is valid for 6 months how can you say that it is valid for 3 months I am not going to pay any charges again if you want cancel my Loan and refund my money I told for a waiver to your Ambernath Branch Manager Deepak Patil he told it will not be done if you want cancel the loan this is the way your treat your customer this is the start and I am going with such a harassment what will happen later so its better I will cancel the loan and opt home loan from other recognized bank like HDFC or KOTAK Finally the last I will complaint to the Ombudsman department and even to the National Housing Finance if I cant get satisfactory reply from your side Waiver my Sanction charges or Cancel my Loan and refund the amount Loan Application no :01278363 Mobile no : [protected] Name: Sabhajit Chauhan Was this information helpful? | |||||
