[Resolved]  Dhl India — One of the Worst Shipping Company in India..they are the real theif

Few weeks before i ordered Lenovo S860 in Hongkong..DHL put this shipment on Hold.they asked a letter to clear customs.i sent a letter and KYC documents..still no reply, i wrote a email to DHL officials but no use..its my second experience...i[censored] send a Dead body by DHL, they will eat it and Blame the Customs and sender's Invoice. see their email below... Please let us know in case of any queries or concerns. ********************************************************************************...⇄ MY first experience in 2012 January: I purchased two mobile phones and a printer in 2012 through online.the seller shipped them by DHL.My location is Chennai..Goods shipped from Hong kong to Chennai.after paid for phone and shipping charges the seller sent goods.it reached Bangalore in 3 days..DHL people called me and said, customs hold your shipment... i asked them why?..then they said, "we need your letter to do customs clearance, so i sent letter by email.after that there is no information..every day i called them, but no use..the total value of the phone is Rs.82, 720..then i learned that, few dhl people took the mobiles for their won use.and blame the customs officials.
