Below email I sent on[protected], no soultion come yet. only few call came to two days, from [protected]. but no solution come yet. I am really disappointed with this kind of behaviour of Digiworld. I couldn't found digiworld customer care department, where I can place my complain. Please forward this message to digiwolrd serniours for get my problum solv. I really needed my 3d Glasses. [protected]-old email----- Dear Sir, I baught a 42 inch 3d led TV of videocon from your showroom Digiworld ShyamNagar, Jaipur I baught on 15-August-2013. on that time salesman told me that some accessorise are free with TV as following :WIFI Dongle :USB HUB :KEYBORD remote :4 3d Spacks At the time of delivery of My TV, they not given me. they told that it will come after 5 to 10 days after invoice directly from company. and they will send us. after three week I again went to showroom near about 5PM, ask about my pending accessories, they replied me, concerning person is not here, come again. then Again I went there after one month, First they see me surprisely, then ask me who are you, what is pending... then they check, then they reply, it will come soonly. we will sent you. after one month, I again went there, and ask forcefully what is happening... then they check in records, and given me three items. not given 3d Spacks. told me it will come soonly. we will sent. few days back I again went on sunday, a person sitting on invoice table told me that some Audit work is going on here, I will send the Spacks tommorw. Still not come. I really feadup all the things, Every time I go there, they surprisely see me, again ask every thing and put hand on head, think then tell we will send you shortly...
