DIMTS — Amount got deducted while booking online appointment for permanent driving licence but not got the appointment

after filling up the all required details on DIMTS(service for taking appointment for driving licenece), when i made the last step of payment by using my debit card of oriental bank of commerce, then i got the message of deduction of the amount of Rs.325/- on my mobile phone but the screen showed me the message of the appointment failure.
I want the complete refund of my amount as soon as possible.
the amount got deducted on 05-JUL-15, 4:53:10(evening)
my account no is as follows XXXXXXX1073007.
please resolve my issue as soon as possible
I have attached below the reference number for my appointment which i have got before payment mode.
