[Resolved]  DIMTS — Bus take wrong route of Ring Road instead of Darya Ganj

Dear Sir/Mam I want to draw your kind attention towards the problem in bus route change from "Delhi Gate" to "Mori Gate / Purani Delhi station" Most of the buses which have route from ITO to Mori Gate or Purani Delhi via Darya Ganj, the Drivers take wrong route from Delhi gate and take ring road instead of Darya Ganj and Lal Qila. Recently I and my mother taken bus from Hazrat Nizamuddin 429Down at 20:51 on 12.10.2014. Bus No. DL1PC5378. Ticket NO. T[protected]-0068/69. Our destination was Darya Ganj and Bus took ring road from Delhi gate. I asked the conductor for the reason and they gave excuse that they were in hurry. I asked for complaint book but he refused to gave me that and misbehave with us. It's not the first time I faced the problem. Most of the time bus drivers take wrong route from delhi gate and take ring road. For example bus route 405DOWN DL1PC5019 Ticket No. T[protected]-0022 is another same example of wrong route taken by them. I think You have GPS in all buses, then Why don't you take any action against them?? Please take strict action against these bus drivers and conductors who take wrong route. We all commuters are facing problem who want to stop at Darya Ganj or lal qila. Hope you will take necessary action to solve our matter.
