FEEDBACK ONLY. If DIMTS wants to improve the service of it's fleet. They have to do the survey. One observer should sit in the Bus for one trip on different routes. Once a week. He should note down what is wrong and submit it"s report to DIMTS. By doing so DIMTS can increase it"s revenue and better the services. Please Provide the staff Feedback, complaint and suggestions book. Rakesh Bhalla

Please repair the roof of the Bus stand Satsang Ghar near BPL Kapoor hospital near telephone exchange. Roof of old Bus stand is broken. If possible make the both bus stand new. Near Rajendra Place.

Sir my Learner License no isDL-04/LL/3450/17-18 and my name is Manoj Kumar DoB[protected] .it was applied in[protected] and I applied for permanent driving license before 30 days because I don't know about procedure .and 21&22jun 2017 myself applied for DL .and system Deducted my both payment amount is 415-415 .But RTO janakpuri west New Delhi did not give me appointment for 7 july2017 now i am in stress so please return my deducted amount. I obliged you sir
