DIMTS — not stopping the bus at stop

Sir /mam I ashit oberoi was traveling from rajouri grdn to tilak nagar... Driver has not stop the bus(bus no.DL 1PD 0106)at tilak nagar...also the conductor is so ill mannerd replied so badly while i ask him to stop the bus... He replied that " ja k kar do complain ki bus Ni ruki kar lo Jo karna h" he is wearing ear phone during duty without having attention wats going around also he has not returned me the 5 rs against my ticket balance. pls concern authority see to dis..my contact no [protected]
