Dear sir! Last Saturday i went ur Restaurant @ mount Road branch with my family! i am ordered 2 plates chicken briyani and 1/2 grilled chicken, 1 set butter Naan! the order taken person asked u need gravy for that naan! i am told later we order after 45 mins he came and told no grilled chicken available, i am replied y so much time with hunger pls bring remaining things, he brought fullyburned ordinary naan and heat less briyani with less quantity! my family members shocked and asked he simply order it was like that only! i[censored] want rate higher butter naan else it'll like burn only, briyani quantity very very less with useless chicken piece! poor replies, not satisfaction service!Rates are very very High! there coming peoples are not everyone Multi millinior or IT peoples. so many peoples came over there like middle class, pls reduce amount and as well as increse quantity of food! take action for order taking person they are not replied well with customers! don't hesitate in food for hungry peoples compare to other groups urs really high! pls consider about price reduction! serve food equal to serve god! forgive me if anything wrong on that !
