Dish TV — Account information vanishing

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

Account information in my dish TV used to vanish again and again .For that I need to call customer care again and again else need to send SMS to get a call from customer care. All these are char gable. For few days its works again information vanishes. VC number-[protected]

I have recharged my Dish TV for another six months[protected] up to March'2015 ) on Octobe'2014 by paying Rs.1440/-, But on 19.11.2014 i have lost connection and the message appearing in 102 as to recharge your connection. Kindly activate my connection. MY VC no[protected]
