[Resolved] Dish TV — Billing related issues | |||||
We received a message from dish TV that if we recharge our TV for 7 months in advance then we will get the telecast subscription for one year. We recharged our TV for 7 months paying full amount Rs 1750, 7 months earlier. But after completion of 7 months subscription they stopped our services while it should be continued for for one year as per their stipulated condition.While we spoke to the customer care representative of dish TV they told that their was no such offer provided. May 22, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I had called customer care executives several times on 0120-2550000 and they didn't give me satisfactory reason for the very same. But when I post complaint at your website www.ConsumerComplaints.in they had solved my problem. Thank you consumer complaint team and dish TV team for resolving my problem. DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
