[Resolved]  Dish TV — Charging for improper Satellite service.

Sir I am Sudip Datta, have taken a TV Channel connectivity service from a Dish TV company. They had provided a dish antenna and the required connectivity as per deal as 599 INR per month. From few days before I am not getting any signal from this connectivity. In this case I raise a complaint to get the proper service from them. In this case they have charged me 175 INR and additional for the parts. My complain is how can they charge me 175 as service charge? Because this company should responsible for the proper service sins they are getting 599 INR every month. It is highly appreciated if you would be able to notice about the matter.
