Dish TV India — Channels were changed on a one year subscription

Hi, My VC no. "[protected]" in the name of Mr. B.K.Rao. I have subscribed for a HD world pack for an year. As part of the deal which Dish TV advertise, when a user subscribes for an year, he or she is shielded from any changes in the channels during the subscribed period. But yesterday they broke there promise and removed Colours HD and CNBC from the HD pack. The customer care says that they cannot help me with this.

As part of the deal which Dish TV advertise, is a customer shielded from any changes in the channels during the subscribed period?
