[Resolved]  Dish TV — Regarding technical problem

I m new customer of dish TV HD.. My vc number is [protected] and RMN is [protected].. The technician installed my dish TV connection but there is no HD channels only normal channels are coming.. The technician not responding now.. Plzz solve my problem.. Wt is the use of the HD box if there is no HD channels... Plzz solve it... I m waiting from 10 days...
