Dish TV — Still yet to be got any channel.

Sir/Madam, With reference to the subject cited above, I have the honor to inform you that hereby my Dish TV Reg. No.[protected] (L. Marak, Reg. Contact No.[protected]) is still yet to be get and update any channel. I had been already recharged on 30th June 2014 for the amount of Rs.486/- (Super Platinum Pack) and again I have been recharge on 13 July 2014 for the amount of Rs.250/- after that the recharges already successful and showed me the next recharge date on 14 August 2014 but still yet to be get any channel till date and showing on TV screen at 999 and other channels "Unsubscribed Channel".
