Dish TV — WORST SERVICE EVER DISH TV !!!

On 4th April 2015 when I got up in the morning and switched on my TV and Dish TV set top box, the set top box was not functioning . I called to Dish TV customer care & booked a service request stating that I am not able to see power on LED display in my Set top box. I got the message as below : DISHTV technician from DishCare Centre SRI GANESH ENTERPRISES (DCC) will visit u between 12:31-13:31hrs on 05/04/15 against Req.No.[protected] For any further qu On 4th April, after 4 hours from my complaint, one of the technicians visited my home & checked the Dish TV & told me that there is something wrong with your set top box & that has to be replaced. The technician told me about the charges for replacement of my old set top box with a new one. Here the technician miss guided me saying that if I am going to pay 1450/- rupees I will get a life time warranty on my set top box but when I called Dish TV customer care they told me that there is no such policies under which you will get a life time warranty. That’s very disturbing. I have used Dish TV services from just a year ago and within a year I have to pay this amount which is better than buying a new set top box. Still I was agreeing to pay the amount. On 5th April I got a call from one of the Dish TV technician no (+91-[protected]) around 9:55 AM, He told me that I am going to visit your home within an hour & replace your set top box and hence asked me to stay at home. Till 1 o clock I was waiting at my home and hence called back to the same number, again the technician told me the same thing that I will be there with in 1 hour. Now that’s a mess. I already tried to speak with some of the Supervisors (Sanjay & (Rajesh/Rakesh not sure)) within Dish TV customer care & those people are not cooperating at all. Instead of giving me a complete information/confirmation about my service request those people are still giving me false commitment saying that you will get a call from our technician with in 1 hour-2 hour …so on. On 6th of April again I called to Dish TV customer care 2 times & ask the update to one of the supervisor named Rajesh/Rakesh (not sure) about my service request he told me that we don’t have the Set top box in our stock so it will take time to process your request. If this was the case instead of making some false commitment on the first day, they could have told me on the same day. I told him to send me the same through SMS or Email that how much time it will take to replace so that till that day I have to wait. I don’t understand if I am not recharging my account I got email & phone calls from Dish TV to recharge my account. कल आपका DishTV बंद हो जाएगा. अपने मनपसंद कार्यक्रम बिना रूकावट देखने के लिये आज ही मासिक शुल्क या अधिक से रीचार्ज कीजिये But when I have some issue they people are not able to provide any update/Confirmation. He told me that we don’t have such policies to send you the update now it’s your wish whatever you want to do you can do. I already ask the supervisor that i don’t want to use your Dish TV services any more can you please send someone to pick it from my home again he told me that we don’t have any policies to do so you have to pack it & submit it in our store. It’s been 4 days I am keep calling Dish TV customer care & asking them about the update of my service request but they don’t have any concrete update about my request every time when I called them I have to update everything about my request, I don’t know what are the policies Dish TV peoples are following, one thing I must say that they do have a world class service arrangement whenever customer used to call them they don’t have any update. 2ND UPDATE: I got a call from Dish TV (+91-[protected]) Again they ask me the update of my Service request I don't understand when my service request is open why they people repeating the same thing. again they used to give me false commitment like sir we are really apologize & we are going to take your request on high priority. i already make it clear that the same update i am getting from last 4 days that you already took my request on a high priority then why my service request is not solved yet they don't have any thing to say about the same.
