Dish TV — wrong information given to me and my money was wasted

i am debajyoti biswabiswas. my registered mobile number is [protected]. when i asked the customer care executive of dis tv that if i active HBO define and hbo hits, there will be cutted down only 1rupees from my account, i asked him 3 times. He said yes. After activation greater amount of money was cutted down from my account. i don't remember exactly- 50 rupees or 79 rupees something. when i call to the customer care executive for complain about that, the customer care executive transfer the call to his senior customer care executive, he promised me that they will monitor the call recording and if i am right that he gave me wrong information, then my money will be back which of cutting down from my account. but till now i did not get my money back when i again call to the customer care executive she said that they cant give my money back. and everything that after the scenario 24 hours i did not get any call back from dish tv.
