Dish TV — Yearly Pack

My customer ID is [protected].My package is yearly and next recharge date is 26th March'15. All of a sudden service provided has changed my annual package from 31.10.14.They have blocked Sony, Sab.Max, Max2, Pix and AXN which are previously a part my package. Now for above channels they are demanding extra payment. Unable to understand why it is cheating and fraud.On contacting on phone no one is available to give proper reply only they are informing that I have to for viewing above channels. Strict action required for such type of cheating.

My vc no.[protected]iam not getting sony sonysab setmax setmax2 ibn7 etvrajasthan since five days sent sms also and tried to call customer care but no one recived the call all phone line are busy busy please chek and start the channles as i am missinh my programs one these channles i want to make a complaint and take the neccessary action (muniraj meena contact no.[protected])

I M VERY DISSAPOINTED FROM YOUR SERVICE I WANT TO COMPLAIN THAT WITHOUT GIVING ANY NOTIFICATINON AND INFORMATION HOW CAN YOU STOP THE NETWORK OF SONY?? I HAD PAID FOR THIS NETWORK YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE THE SONY NETWORK. I M YOUR OLD CUSTOMER FROM LAST 2-3 YEARS. IN THE MORNING I HAVE COMPLAINT FOR THIS. I GOT NEGATIVE RESPONSE FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE SAYING WE ARE FREE TO TAKE ANY OF ACTIONS AGINST THIS . SO KINDLY TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE WHOLE ACTIVITITY AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE PROVIDE US THE NETWORKS OF SONY.
