Disha Direct — non refund of money in mahableswar project

I have invested in new mahableswar project four years back but they always give me false promises/ I have talked with all the personnel in their office and they give me vague and false information. I am tired of them. even santhosh naik is also not traceable as they always say that he is not in office. anybody gone in legal way, please let me know
