DishTV — about recharge

My vc number [protected] i recharge the dish on 18/08/2014 that is valid for one month but now you are telling that recharge on 09/09/2014 why early please tell the reason.my plan is south regional pack when connecting time you told monthly recharge 170. Thanks.

i have recharged this no. [protected] but i did't get my balance. i have callad many time to dish tv but they not resolve my problem. i recharged on[protected] but not now showing on my dish tv balance. then i will recharge again on[protected] but where is my recharge on[protected] please resolove my problem.recharge order id is -- FCDA[protected]paymant mode is - hdfc credit card please resolve my problem
