DishTV — Activation of new packs

I had choosen the new plan (pick by chnnel) for my Dishtv connection on 29th November 2015. But didn't get activation still. Thier customer care didn't reply properly. Activation token no -40491 Name : Mr. ASHOK KUMAR SINGH VC No. : [protected] RMN : [protected]
