wrong promise, swiped my vc number without my consent.

Dear sir/mam
I purchased connection in the month of august of rs 2340 and they promised me for 1 year subscription for some channels. But within one month, it started to show on tv screen low account balance. I called to customer care and i came to know they had recharged only 1750 rs.
When i did not get the proper response i recharged myself amount of 299 on 14th october 2018. It started working.

money deducted from.account and didn't recharged

I recharged the package of 294 and money is deducted from. My account. But after deduction, i didn't get any confirmation message. I got the error session expired. But my money is deducted from account as i have message and bank statement. Please recharge my box to earliest or refund my money back.
This is really bad service. You should get fix this online website problem. You are scaming us....

I am calling dish tv customer care for 4 months but i have not found any solution yet. He is cutting the money from an additional package for 4 months which is not.

I called many times on dish tv customer care but his executives always lie that next time it will not happen. And it always happens that my money is cutting. I would recommend dont use dish tv connection....

This is regarding the new connection which i took but as per the new connection terms i'm supposed to receive rs 2000 coupes which 8 haven't received and moreover, i took connection for 37 months but got message stating connection will be stopped at 29 november 2018.

All are showing error 102 since 4 days ie. 29th october 2018. I have made repeated calls to no use. No service engineer has visited me despite me being in a city, hyderabad. I never expected such a horrible service from dish tv. I have been a customer since more than 5 years but this issue will end the relationship....

poor picture quality in the new mpeg4 set top box

The dish tv has upgraded the sob from mpeg2 to mpeg 4 with new one free of cost. But the clarity of the picture is very poor compare with mpeg2 and many existing channels of sob is not getting in the new one. When i asked to reverse back they are not responding. I contacted dish tv for reversal from new to old sob the keep on say that it is not possible...

We have applied for the swaagat pack of the dish tv service which is of rs 209 for 28 days, but within the 10 days of the recharge we are getting recharge alert notifications in the screen which is absurd. It has been going on since 2 months and is a huge disturbance. We are not supposed to pay extra because that's the price for the pack we have applied for. Kindly help with the problem or let me know the process....

402 error on stb

As my stb not recharged for 3 months due to some reasons but now recharged but show error 402 viewing card faulty called customer care told need to replace card and our technician visit charge also around RS 500 need to pay. why should I need to pay for viewing card as in phone if sim gets faulty we get it free replaced we are paying for what we are using....

As you are probably aware, most of the residents in uae have been using dish tv for many years now and of course dish tv has major share / business from uae.

It was going good and even now also it is good however in the recent past most of the tamil channels are not able to view and all of them are coming as 301 - signal not found error.

I am affriad if this is not resolved asap, resident may resort to other...

poor services from dish tv

Sir/madam,
I contacted your customer care helpline as there was an issue with the installation of my dish tv antenna. I asked them to send a technician for the same. I contacted them on 18/10/18 they said that our technician would contact you within 24 hours. But no one contacted. Instead they contacted us on 21/10/18. After repetitive reminder they didn't sent any technician. I would like you to take a strict action against it....

message low balance is showing up on tv even when the switch off date is in march 2019

None of the channels coming up on tv and message showing up as low balance. Vc number [protected] is due for recharge. Recharge at any dishtv dealer or visit dishtv.in.

However the dishtv account was recharged on aug 27th for 6 months and switch off date is mar 11th 2019, so how come i am seeing this message.

I am not able to call as rmn has been changed, please update rms as below for this account asap

unfair and unethical practice

We live in delhi and i had on 21st sept 2018 requested dish tv call centre to deactivate my service since we are leaving the country and the call center confirmed to be doing so and also stated that credit balance in account will be carried forward to next period when we return and activate the service.

We were surprised to receive a new bill dated 30th sept for next period and when contacted by email they refuse to clarify...
