I am pick-by-channel subscriber of Dish TV. Recently I added few channels. Which are locked in for 3 months. Means I cannot delete the channels for 3 months and I have already paid for the channels. After my pack is activated, I found 2 channels are not showing because of 'no signal found' error. I contacted Dish TV, they are saying my dth needs 'alignment' which will cost another 236 rupees. Otherwise I can just forget about the channels....

very very poor service and customer service

And I have recently upgraded to hd set top box four days ago and it worked only for 24 hrs and ever since it stopped working.i have been compalining and calling to your customer care but no one is responding properly I have been insisted through phone calls till I got upgraded to hd set top box saying that there were good packages. I recharge my DishTV VC [protected] on 03 july for Rs.885 and on 4july they called at my wife and she told that she don't know about pack but Customercare changed my base pack from Tamil Bonaza to Punjabi. I send 10 emails to change my pack back to Tamil Bonaza but no response.

channels missing

U ppl are nly forwarding the issue to the so called concerned team since last 2mns.u ppl have surpassed the govt offices culture in harassing the customer from one table to another.
looting customers hard earned money by means like switching off the channels, technician visit every now and then etc. is your side business now.
ill take this matter with the highest possible level and already posted the matter in Consumer Forum.will...

But dish tv customer care denies that they have not received any payment. I have purchased hd box & it was installed on 6th July after two days it was stop to work then I called customer care & logged the complaint engineer come & told me that my dish antina got damaged which is not acceptable as there is no damage on antina service center demand for money which is not acceptable I called 15 to 20time for help but there is no proper response from customer care & service center

does not working

I having problem in viewing dish tv when rain starts.if it's heavy rain i can understand if it's raining heavy no services available, but it's just some drops or drezzel dish tv goes off.
I have complaint to dish tv customer care there's nothing happened from there end.
If we fail to pay them are they provide service?

I fed up with this kind of customer care.Even this is brought to the notice of the nodel officers...

remove family hd addon

My FAMILY HD ADDON pack is active since 11th June 2018. please Deactivate it. This is really unfair to force service on me.. But DishTv Said that i have to finish the lockin period for that pack. i.e 1 month.
they are forcing the the service on me for another month.

worst service and deducting balance frequently without customer notice

Hi,
I have taken Dish TV setup box services from Aug 2017. I got 1 month free as promotional offer. On 2nd September 2017 I did recharge for non stop 3years pack. After that I have choosen add on pack "Telugu super star" per month Rs.51, on the same I did recharge for 1 for the add on pack with Rs.612. On that day it is showing the date for services last September 2018 for add on pack. But in between they deducted balance from account...

Recently i had recharged dishtv with 1050 rupees. I wanted to downgrade my pack and i contacted dish tv customer care. They refused to do so arrogantly. deduction of rs 71 without any reason

Dear Sir, I request for activating Sony ESPN for Rs2/- but they deduct Rs71/- without any reason. It all done on dish TV app. I request many times for deactivating the channel and refund of my 71/- deducted but no response. My registered moblle no. is [protected].
