frequent promotional call

Hi,
I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different bengaluru land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number [protected] with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.

Dishtv — about validity of recharge

Sir i recharged my account on 14/10/2019 with 212 rupees and my account shows switch off date 07/11/2019. My account monthly pack shows me 212 rupees per month then i recharged with 212 rupees.
My dish vc number is [protected] and mobile number is [protected] which is linked with dish.
So please check the account details which gives only 24 days......

unfair processing fee for late recharge

I am using dish tv, due to some reason i was not able to recharge my dist tv at month end, when i am trying to recharge after 1 months they are charging extra 25 rs so called as proccessing fee. This is totaly against the rule. They can't force me to do monthly recharge. Can you take a look at these fraud company dist tv....

unwanted and forced subscription to movies active pack

Dishtv kept on calling us on dishtv rmn number.
They forced movies active pack of active services in our pack inspite of our disapproval.
We tried to remove the pack using dishtv app. But, they have locked this pack so that we cannot deactivate this movies active pack.
The option of choosing active services is also not shown in main edit pack portion of app. It is shown only when you checkout so that you cannot find/change...

My dish tv was working with rs.252 per month pack but pack is changed by dish tv with rs.1702/- per month. I have paid rs.252/- on 30 sept, 2019 but amount loss in 1 day. Last 8 days, we are daily follow up with dishtv consumer care but no any support by help centre. Consumer care told me that as per new trai rule this pack is compalsorry.

I am complaining about dishtv service

I am the dishtv user... I am paying money every month... But the service is very poor... Since 10 days, i am complaining about 303 signal not found... They are not responding... Every day, they are telling same story "we will resolve as soon as possible"... But they are not... Very very bad service
Even they are not responding to the calls. Everytime they are saying the same story... I am calling every day eventhough they are not responding...

Hi, i had issues in viewing channels few days back. And i contacted the customer care. The technician visited and charged me rs.520. This is very unfair as i am paying the connection and maintenance charges every month. I demand refund of the amount. This is the fraud that is going on. This is the 3rd time i have been facing this issue. I have complained many times but to no avail. This is very disappointing....

change in channels without our knowledge from 8/10/2019 (after second connection was taken)

On 8/10/2019 a second dish tv connection was taken at 138 purbalok, flat 3f, 7th street. Kolkata 700099.
As per telephonic conversation both tv's at that residence will have to see the same channels etc etc. Some pay channels were added as per our liking.
We see now that zee bangla, star sports 1 etc to name a few that we had subscribed earlier are no more there insted we have been given channels that we never see or even heard...

transfer of money from old vc to new vc.

My self virendra, i will try to be polite as much as possible.
Although, i don’t know my anger and frustration will allow this or not.

So, it started one week before that by mistake, my father recharge in old vcc rather than new vcc.
He called customer care they say, they will transfer the money, but they need an email.
We email, but nothing happened, we called again nothing happen, we got transferred...

yearly recharge validity

I have done the recharge on 25th Nove 2018 for a full year subcription but now as per them i am due for recharge on 6th OCT 2019.. without any prior notice or reminder they have changed the due date by their own.. at the time of purchase they ensured me that new rules will not apply to old customers and it will be effective from your next recharge...
