I have tried to resolve it by contacting call center many times and every time they resolve it just by providing temporary resolution by refreshing set top box settings. It has been really a pathetic and worst ever experience with all dish tv customer support...

after technician fixed also we are not able to view channels

Dear sir/madam,

[protected] complaint was raised on 24th august 2019. It took four days, technician to come and fix. He said picture will come within half an hour. But picture didn't come even after 18 hours. Please resolve it. Request you to take action on the concern person who is responsible for this issue.

I raised issue, because i was not able to see the picture. Not because of i was getting 301 error message...

unhelpful customer service

My vc number is [protected]. Dishtv have one of the most unhelpful customer relations i have come across, apart from their equally pathetic service.

I have calls made to them on a weekly basis because my set top box has problems loading the channels i am subscribed to a minimum of twice per week. On every call, i am told that they are fixing at their end, and while they fix loading problem temporarily, for that viewing period,...

technician charge 200 + 100 for connector

Hi there,
The dish TV sent tech in my house was dishonest. He took Rs. 200.00 for visiting charge plus Rs. 100 for connector. The wire outside my home was cut into 2 piece. So to fix that he used a small connector and took 100 buck from me for it. Charging additional for connector is ridiculous. I've added a pic of the connector for you to review it. I really don't know where to go from here on. It's a worst customer service I'd face...

no channels - signal issues

My complaint no.is[protected]. I've no channels from last 24 hours. I'm getting 301 error (no signal). I called twice in a day and talk to customer care. They are of no help at all. They only insist me of arranging a technician to my house. cheating, irrigating and does not resolving issue

I need to feed a complaint against dishtv because it is irritating, always cheating and trying to make money by making fool to me as technician's service charges. Issue is that my dishtv stb getting switch-off during watching tv. Regarding this i always make voice-calls to dishtv's customer care then they make it resolved but next day the same problem repeats again....

no response from technician even after 5 days

Registered a complaint on 17th august 2019, which was showing 301-signal not found
5 days have passed. No response from anyone. Paid amount in advance and not able to view any channel.
Please fix it as early as possible. Or tell me that you cannot.
I will take alternative measures.
The customer service is very pathetic, they say they can only register complaint.
