Our HD set top box stopped working.
We complained about the error to dishtv.in .

They arranged a technician visit.
Technician charged visit fee of Rs. 200 and installed a faulty STB on 21 July 2022. The new STB stopped working on 23 July 2022.

We complained again but the CUSTOMER SERVICE insisted that we pay another Rs. 200 as technician visit fee.br...

I've lodged complaint on 15 jully for the new box change. still i haven't satisfied with the service provided by DishTV. Today also I have made complaint but still no assistance provided by DishTV....

Hi, I am receiving too many call from dishtv everyday which always irritates my mood. pls pls pls stop giving me calls to this number [protected]...

I purchased DishTV new connection and received at 11/07/2022. They not proceed for installation after morethan 50 times complain one technician came to home (after 6 days) and just installed DishTV and gone. Activation was not done by him. He told me that you purchased online so I can't help you.

For Activation I send many times sms (DISHTV ACT VC NO to 57575) but not active my connection. Regarding this I completed many time...

By mistakenly i have done wrong recharge of my old dishtv vc no instead of my new vc no so i called your customer service several times and sent emails as i was told which was to be resolved within 24 hrs. please kindly transfer the amount as soon as possible below are the details and i have also attached a invoice file for your info.

Please stop calling me 100 times a day. It's something getting out of patience. You literally don't need to remind me about what to do and what not. For your information I have a brain that functions. The consumers are not jobless like your telecom service department to answer 100 calls per day. Please stop the call service.

I have been getting non stop calls from dishTv on my vc connected number. Though I've activated DND on my phone number, still I am getting 6 to 7 calls in a day. If I cut the call, then DishTv keeps calling me until I pick up the phone and when I pick up and they say that they are from DishTv I again Hung up the calls but again they start calling me until they make me angry enough to burst my mind. There in no solution by blocking these numbers...

Its been a pathetic service from Dish TV. Set top box went bad 4 days ago, it was under warranty so customer service personnel registered complaint and told that service personnel will come and replace the faulty set top box.
The service personnel is replacing the set top box for 4 days now and giving irrelevant reasons for not visiting.
Hopeless company, hopeless product and worst service ever.
I will never recommend...

Hi, I have been receiving non-stop promotional calls from dish tv. The calls are being made from different phones/mobiles on daily basis, so it is impossible for me to block the number. Kindly stop them from making these calls as I am not interested in any of the offers.

Sir i recharged my dish tv account through paytm with reference id[protected] on 26 jun 2022 time 8 35 transaction was successful but after 7 days recharge nit done i complained 3 times at their customer care but my issue not resolved . Kindly look into matter

I have been receiving too many calls from dishtv which is very annoying and disturbing. I want this calls to be stop....

I have done a recharge of Rs 287 through Ring application pay later which got credited to Dish Infra Services Private Limited on 16th june 2022 at 5.14 am bearing transaction number BNPL[protected] and utr no[protected] which got credited in their company account. From the last some period Dish TV Service is really bad, I have recharged on 12 jun 22 as channel after they cut off service again they are showing cut off date 27 jun22, balance is 1000

cut off date firstly showing24 Jun 22 then change to 27 jun 22 (account Balance 1050).

Dish Tv Customer Service is pathetic, once I complained about some channels not coming and asked to check at the backend....

Sir, my vc number [protected] I submitted my monthly payment on 22/05/22 how can my switch off date will be 19/06/22 the have done this act earlier too. the send recharge date on tv screen display if I recharge my package they will no complete the month and counting one month on pay day....
