My dish tv is not working. 301 signal is displaying before 1 month Iam already more complaints is given by customer care. But no technician visiting. Other then customer care executive is so much shouting me. Irresponsible customer care executive. Iam so disappointed...
My recharge date 22june2019 but till 28june2019 no resolve my complaint. Iam talking 10+ times. Daily same reason and another executive different reasons so funny....

dish tv switched off even after recharging

My vc number is [protected]..
I recharged my dish tv 6700 rs 3 days before the switch off date 28/05/2019 but still they switched off today.. The customer care number is not working n the message we r getting to keep the setup box off for 15 minutes but inspite is doing all that it is switched off.. Even after several complaints issue is not solved.. Feeling disappointed.....

Please help me to get my connection activated earlier today.

I was promised and informed if i make payment in any mode other than cash, activation can be made quick in 4 hours. Later when i called for update, they told it will get activated by same day. Today is second day and no response or call back on information. They are very good only when trying to seek products. But very poor in after sales service.

They have even blocked the free channels and all other channels which I have subscribed for. The customer care executive is very rude and asking for extra money to be paid. Recently I have shifted to a new area in Bhubaneswar and I has lodged a complaint with DishTv for reinstallation on 13th May but to my surprise I am yet to get any response from the service team.Thrice I have called to customer care to know my status but the same story I have been listening .i.e I have to wait .Its almost 15 days passed and I am quite dissapointed and unhappy with the service respond I am getting...

102 low account balance - loot

Hi,

I recharged my dishtv today and immediately after the recharge i started getting the error 102-low account balance. The technician told that the alignment of the dish had changed. Noone had disturbed the alignment.
The only thing i did was to lower the pack value.This is totally looting from customers.

pathetic services of dish tv, end number of complaint but no resolution

There was a number of complaint regarding my vc: [protected], which was showing 301-signal not found many times through the day and every 4-5 hrs. I have raised the complaint sr[protected] for it.

But the issue was not fixed yet. Once the engineer came and took from me rs700/- for changing transponder, changing the socket and the service charge, in spite of telling him that my stb is under warranty.

technician request is not serviced since last 20 days

I have asked for a technician as there was some signal issue in my settop box([protected]) on 10th may.
But till now no technician visited my house to rectify it. I have called the customer care at least 10 times till now.

Now I have decided to switch to tata sky if I didn't get a response by today...

I was recharged last week for twice with amounts rs.350 and 400 but still now i am unable to view channels and again i was complaint to dishtv for this issue. But still date no one can not visit my home.

My dishtv connection was migrated to the trai new sheme some three months back. From that time the dth air channels like air ragam, air tamil, air kannada etc. Have been stopped. (These channels were being received before this migration. Number of complaints to dishtv customer care has not solved this issue. I request that these iree to air channels may be restored at the earliest by dishtv/trai.

channel rates charged in excess of trai rates

I have made several complaints regarding excess price charged for the following channels / bouquets but with no resolution.

1) jaya tv - rs.19 instead of rs.6 (Extra charge rs.13)
2) zee prime pack english sd - rs. 25 instead of rs.15 (Extra rs.10)
Also few bouquets are not available with dish tv (Mega tv, mavis, silverstar, etc) and customers are forced to add them a la carte at a higher price.

102 error - showing low balance after recharge
