Currently my dish tv is not working properly even after recharged extra 100 in top of package top up 237. Customer service very rude and talk like goons... Asking to pay more for technician.. Since no fault from my end why should we need to pay for that.. I need to solve this from your end.. If there is any physical fault from my end i can take responsible... stop calling for promotional activity

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different mumbai land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime....

My DishTv is not working since last 8 days even after recharge. My DishTv VC# [protected]. I have recharged DishTv on 21/Apr and getting 102 Error as No Account Balance from 21/Apr.

I have raised complaint[protected] on that day and they closed complaint on Monday without checking the customer. I called once again on 22/Apr to check the status and they informed me that complaint is closed as customer is not reachable...

technical team have not given the dish tv connection

Hi,

I ordered a new dish tv hd connection on 23 april and have paid rs.1500 as the fee. I was promised installation and connection within 2 days.

But, after 5 days i still do not have the connection. The technical team came on 26 april and checked the site and promised to come the next day morning. Now, when i call them they either tell me they would come or not answer my phone or switch off their mobiles....

As per trai new reguletary norm i have chosen 153 base pack + 298 (including gst)channels baquet as my knowledge and my account details it wil be 451 including GST
but DISH TV charges me 25 rs extra ncf on my paid channels
i have tried lost of time to raise complaints in dish tv customer care but that was reduclers experience they not able to try to help also.
They try to show that is TRAI have this clouse...

deactivated even after paying

Deactivated even after paying, i have called customer care they simply keep saying that a refresh code has been sent, switch on stb and keep it switched on for 15 min, but it's of no use. Sometimes they say that they would send a technician but the technician never came, i have been facing this problem since 1 and a half week now, nothing has changed it keeps showing the same error...
