On 2 feb we recharged our set up box(dishtv) with 169rs scheme for 3 months which gives 3 months 7 days for 507 rs .
But they changed the scheme without any notice and after 2 months 6 days they cut off all the signals with a notice 'Your Next Recharge amount is of rs 269' .
When we reported about this issue to dish tv customer care . They simply said we can't help u in any way . You must yourself correct this threat by going...

I have registered a complaint about 48hrs ago. Still my issue is not resolved and all the executives were rude when asked about the status. This has been a pathetic service from the so called biggest dth provider dishtv. Useless service and useless employees. Complaint request no.[protected].
I request dishtv not to play with customers.

My dishtv with the number #[protected] is not working since 21/04/2019. I still have balance in my account and my next recharge is on 04/05/2019. My tv screen is displaying "102 no account balance". I have switched on and switch off the receiver so many times as per the customer care instructions. Customer care is instructing to change the channel to 96. But from this screen i am not able to change my channels.

serious discrepancies in bouquet packs compared to broadcaster provided packs

I'm a dishtv user and i was trying to modify my channels list and on the dishtv bouquet packs, i found a lot of serious discrepancies with respect to several channel exclusions when compared to the corresponding broadcaster pack listings (On the broadcaster sites).

Below are some examples.

1. For the pack - tamil premium pack hd, on the broadcaster site, 17 hd channels are listed but on dishtv, only 16 channels...

I made payment of rs 350 on dish tv app via bhim sbi pay. Money was deducted from my account but no recharge done.
