Today (8-apr-2019), dish tv through its 'sms' platform sent me a message saying that i/we have been migrated to their new plan (Without seeking our consent!) as per the trai guidelines with revised monthly plan/package for rs.728/- per month. I'm complaining about recharge not taking place in my dish tv account

I have recharged my dish tv account twice.. Both the times my amount has been deducted. Still it is displaying the message to recharge.
