il) told me that I have to pay grace charges now as my connection was deactivated at that time. I asked her "what is my mistake? why should I pay Rs. 25, whereas Rs 1000 was already debited from my account and I am not getting any service from you for more than 16 hours." She told me, "Sir please speak with our senior executive about the same. Then Call transferred to senior executive and connection dropped. I was trying to call you back, then I put my number in CLICK TO CALL service on your site. I got a Call and before completing the conversation he discontinued call. Again e-mailed you about discontinuing your service and I was waiting for your reply, still I tried to contact you till 6pm, again no any response from you. After 6 pm, I requested to paytm about returning my money back to my account and I got it within 10 seconds. So, I dont know, who is responsible for this, either dish tv or paytm, but I am not going to pay any grace charge and hence I am going to discontinue your service.
