[Resolved]  DishTV — Balance mismatch

I replaced my dishtv setup box as per distributor advise and he charged me 100rs extra for new card. In my old card there was already 600+rs balance which I never got credited. So I lost my 600+rs balance. Even after calling multiple times the customer care and even the distributor is not responding property.
Moreover, my pack was of 185-rs per month which they changed it to 300-rs per month without asking me.

The distributor said all my balance would be transferred within 2 hours and the pack would be the same of 185rs per month.

Also the distributor charged me 200rs extra for which he never gave me any receipts. He said this is a fee for faster service.

I am from chandkheda area, Ahmedabad Gujarat India.

My old VC card got disconnected and the customer care executive named Ashwini spoke with me very rudely.

Also they never heard my request. After they asked me the old and new vc mo they discontinued my old one in order to harass me.

These people are very rude and rowdy.

I am 67 years old and they spoke with me in a very rude manner. They instead of giving me correct views.

Please help me as soon as possible.

Both of the vc cards got blocked and I am still facing issues. I am loosing my double subscription money without using it. I think dish TV has on purpose stopped and blocked both of my cards to harass me because I did complaint against them on this website.

Pls get this resolved ASAP
